Chick-fil-A
From New York to California, Chick-fil-A restaurants span the country from coast to coast. Now in 46 states and counting, the popular chicken chain has more than 2,100 restaurants. Manley Land Design has been instrumental in the tremendous success of this top tier fast food giant. Working side by side with Chick-fil-A development teams in four regions, we have provided landscape, irrigation and hardscape designs for more than 600 Chick-fil-A restaurants from Kansas to North Carolina to Florida since 1991. We’ve also ensured that Chick-fil-A landscape and irrigation corporate standards stay current with LEED volume pre-certification.
Publix
Recognized as one of Fortune's Most Admired Companies (1994–2017) and Retailer of the Year by Store Brands magazine (2017), Publix is one of the South’s most beloved grocery chains. Manley Land Design is honored to have been involved in landscape design for more than 50 Publix Shopping Centers throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, and North and South Carolina.

Racetrac Petroleum
Racetrac convenience stores have upped their game. Manley Land Design's team has been instrumental in improving the streetside aesthetics of Racetrac locations to help make them THE place to refuel in Atlanta. We have provided landscape and irrigation design for over 80 stores in the Metro Atlanta area and the southeast region. Like Racetrac, we embrace a corporate philosophy of living for fun each and every day!

The Prado
Located in Roswell, GA, The Prado is a 28+ acre redevelopment with complex site constraints and city requirements.
The project includes big box retailers, smaller shops, and restaurants. Manley Land Design provided pedestrian connectivity throughout the development through detailed streetscape elements and accent nodes, and designed the landscape and irrigation systems.
Perimeter Place - Dunwoody, GA
A mixed-use retail, restaurant, and residential development adjacent to one of the Southeast’s largest shopping malls. Manley Land Design provided hardscape and detailed site design. Patterned and colored hardscapes help unify the project and create an enhanced shopping experience. Detailed patios, crosswalks, and roundabouts provide accents and spaces for patrons to socialize.
